St. Luke’s Sunday School operates throughout the School year.

A dedicated team of teachers and helpers are on hand to guide and teach the children about the love of God and encourage them to live as Jesus taught. Our teachers are all Blue Card holders. They have grown up in the Church and have been active members of our church ministry team for many years.

Sunday School starts at 9.00am in the Parish Centre in conjunction with our 9.00am Church Service, during school terms.
Our Program starts with setting up our Worship Table, with the children participating by bringing in the items for our small worship service and the lighting of a Candle. Prayers are said and songs sung.

The Children then divide into classes. Age 3 years to School Year One are in one class. School Year Two to Four is the next group. Then school Years Five, Six, Seven and older to the Senior Sunday School group.

Every term we have a Games day and a Cooking day with the Sunday School supplying the morning tea for the congregation. New children's parents are welcome to accompany them until they feel comfortable. The children always seem to enjoy their activities and lessons.
