Messy Children’s Church. Today, 24 November. Tim and helpers will be running a special messy time for the children during our 9am service with a messy icecream after church. Everyone is then invited to the Vassella’s home for a swim and gathering afterwards. All welcome.(not just the children) See Sue or Tim if you need an address.

Parish Carols Service will be held on the evening of Sunday, 15 December with a sausage sizzle on the green at 5pm and carols commencing at 6.30pm in St Luke’s. Please consider how you can be involved and speak to Brian Wood for more information.
Annerley Christmas Fair will be held on Saturday 7 December. We will run a Cake and Craft Stall inside Woolworths, as also a Sausage Sizzle next to the butcher's shop. Refreshing the Rectory to welcome Rev Timothy and June. URGENT. We need a project manager to oversee this process (NOT to do it all) and also willing workers for a working bee. Please speak to one of the wardens.

Bush Ministry yearly total. Many thanks for your generous support this year with $2044.20 raised for the parishes of Tara and Leichhardt.
Christmas Giving. During December our mission focus will be threefold. Inala Pantry: Non-perishable donations and $$ welcome. Care Kits for Kids- emergency items for women and children - Delivered mid December (See notice board for ideas). And the Angel Tree Project (Prison Fellowship)-providing Christmas cheer for children of those in Prison. More info to come.
Anglicare’s Careforce Inala Pantry - Collections continuing—Next delivery planned for Tuesday 10 December. Please continue your donations of non-perishable food items and other items for daily living, and place in the basket at the back of St Luke’s church. Cash donations are always very welcome. Please mark envelope with ‘Inala Pantry’ and place in the Collection Plate at any service. Include your name and address if you would like a receipt sent to you for any cash /cheque donation. Safety reminder. We remind all parishioners to be aware of potential hazards within our buildings and grounds during all times. This particularly applies to our children. One identified place of concern is the fire extinguisher located near the entrance of the lower hall. Also be aware of your children in relation to the movement of cars at the back of our buildings.
