Dear Parish Friends
On this last Sunday of the church's year, the feast of Christ the King. It seems a fitting end to a cycle where we celebrated Jesus' incarnation, his life, his death, his resurrection and his ascension - finally his reigning on high. As we reflect on what saying Christ is King means, we see that he brings this kingdom from heaven to earth, from eternity to our time, and so we look forward to restarting the liturgical cycle next week with Advent, looking forward his sure coming.
As always, services on Sunday are at 7am and 9am. The notice paper and the 9am service sheet are available via the links below. Our 9am service includes Children's Church and will be streamed on Zoom.
Don’t forget that the first St Luke's Theatre play back on our campus opens tonight (Friday). Sense and Sensibility continues on Saturday, and then the next two Fridays/Saturdays. Because of the delay in obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy for our new hall, the performance will be in the church. Book now!
Yours in Christ
Rev'd Timothy
