Weekly letter from St Luke's - 1 May 2026
In this fifth Sunday of Easter we begin to look towards Pentecost and see that the Easter mystery truly inaugurated a new paradigm for the relationship between God and God's people. Speaking before his arrest Jesus tells the disciples that he is both going away, but also remaining with them, a promise that is fulfilled for both them and us in the gift of the spirit. Our services are at the usual times on Sunday of 7am and 9am. The 9am service is streamed over Zoom and include
