Dear Parish Friends

As the church year nears its end, we have a reading, from Luke 21, about dire predictions of destruction and persecution, before the 'end of times'. But the passage is not so much about predicting the future - Luke was writing after the destruction of Jerusalem in AD70 and so much of what was described had already happened. Rather it is a message of what people of faith should do in such circumstances. There are two things that we are reminded of: God's provision, and a call to endure. These are words of wisdom that cannot be taken from us.

As always, services on Sunday are at 7am and 9am. The notice paper and the 9am service sheet are available via the links below. Our 9am service includes Children's Church and will be streamed on Zoom.

Don’t forget too the Little Angel's Tarragindi Open Day tomorrow (Saturday) from 9am to 11am on our campus. It is important that the parish is also visible at this event and so we will be running a sausage sizzle and having a stall, as well as showing visitors round the church and our new spaces.  If you are able to being some cakes or craft for sale that would be greatly appreciated, as would help on the morning.

Yours in Christ

Rev'd Timothy
