Weekly letter from St Luke's - 26 June 2026

Our services are at the usual times on Sunday of 7am and 9am, with the 9am service including Zoom streaming. As usual the week's notice paper and 9am service sheet are available via the links below. Children's church is paused for the school holidays, but children are always welcome.
This welcoming of all is the theme of our gospel passage this week. Jesus tells his disciples at the end of Matthew 10 that even the 'little ones' (which include both children and those marginalised) are to be welcomed. The act of welcoming is reciprocal. Both parties give and receive; both parities will be rewarded.
This weekend there is a second chance to grab a jigsaw to entertain you in the cold months of the year at "June's Jigsaw Jamboree", our parish fundraiser. If you can't make it to church then there are three specially selected lots that you can bid on by email - see here for details.
With blessings,
Rev'd Timothy
