Dear Parish Friends I am very much looking forward to sharing in the celebration of Christmas this weekend. We have services at St Luke's as follows: Christmas Eve, 7pm. Family service Christmas Eve, 11pm. Midnight Mass (come from 10.30pm to sing carols). Christmas Day, 8am. Family service with communion Sunday 26th, 9am. Holy Communion (note no 7am service on Sunday). With the exception of the Christmas Eve 11pm service, they will also be streamed on Zoom, and service sheets

St Luke’s Anglican Church has been part of the Tarragindi and Annerley community since 1925. The current church building was built in 1956 and the parish remains a thriving church community. The original church became the parish hall and has hosted the St Luke’s Theatre Society for many years. Dear Parish Friends We are now at the third Sunday in Advent, and Christmas is coming upon us fast. I am looking forward to the Carol Service on Sunday afternoon (join us for a sausage sizzle from 5pm, with carols from 6pm). The collection at this service will be for Wellers Hill State School Chaplaincy, and the chaplain Robyn Maxwell will be joining us. Dear Parish Friends This Sunday we welcome at both our services Rev'd Luke Collins who is the Anglican priest in Moranbah. Luke and his wife Julia, are supported by Bush Church Aid and without this support they would be unable to minister in this area. He will share some of the highs and lows of life in a regional Queensland mining town.
